Quite how and why Chippies exists i couldnt tell you. All i do know is that its quiet and well stocked. You may be plagued with tiddlers if you're using smaller baits but if you know what fish you're after, setting up and baiting correctly should net you your quarry. There are a lot of snags but local anglers rake out certain swims in the smaller pond quite regularly.

A64 towards York. Take the turning for Scholes on the right. Drive through the village until you see the dirt track on the right, follow it to the quarry.
